About Philip

Specialised in selection assessment and career transition coaching, Philip supports professionals and leaders at key moments in their careers. His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of human behaviour, developed through experience in analysis, academic research and teaching.

He holds a Master’s degree in Management and Service Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration. For over ten years, he has been involved in competency development and assessment, and since 2019 he has worked as an assessor in executive selection processes. A certified coach, he is also trained in supporting individuals facing burnout, combining analytical depth with genuine empathy.

Philip works in both French and English, bringing a structured, analytical and deeply human approach.
