Markus Schluchter

Partner, Consultant & Coach, Markus has more than 25 years of experience supporting executives, teams and organisations through change. Educated in business economics and IT business management in Basel and Zurich, he is also an EFQM Assessor and a certified Systemic Coach.

His career combines eight years as a senior executive and co-owner of an international IT company with nine years as a management consultant at Gsponer Group International, where he advised large corporations and SMEs across services, manufacturing, trade, finance and life sciences – focusing on strategy development and implementation, change and potential management, leadership development and sales optimisation.

In 2007 he chose to focus on the individual: as managing executive of a Swiss national outplacement company, and later in his own practice from 2013, he has supported more than 1000 people at all management levels in their professional reorientation, through outplacement and executive coaching.
