About Holger
Senior Consultant & Partner and Site Manager in Zurich, Holger has over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations through transformation. He works closely with executives and boards, with strong expertise in strategic communication, particularly in crisis and change contexts.
His background combines executive consulting with management experience as Head of Investor Relations, Corporate Relations and PR. For over 10 years, he has also supported professionals in career transitions through outplacement, career counselling and executive coaching.
Holding a PhD from Heidelberg, and certified as an SCA coach and eFA mentor, he combines rigor, experience and a human approach.
