About Gabriele
Executive & Team Coach, Gabriele has more than 30 years of experience supporting executives, teams and organisations through change and development, as a coach, trainer and consultant.
With an academic and pedagogical background – a PhD in German studies and a Master in Cognitive Neuroscience, her focus as a coach and sparring partner is on reorientation, motivation and personality development. She has accompanied numerous executives in career and personal coaching, as well as change, strategy and leadership initiatives, across Switzerland, Europe and Anglo-Saxon countries.
A certified SCA Diploma Coach, eFA Company Mentor, certified NeuroCoach (LMU) and certified Integrative NeuroCoach (Roth & Ryba), she combines scientific rigour with a deeply human approach.
