Valérie Cocatrix is Deputy Director at pdp and Head of the Geneva office. She is an expert in skills assessment and is responsible for both selection and development assessments. A Business Law graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Management, she is also an ICF-certified coach.
Before joining pdp, Valérie held various leadership roles in the banking and finance industries in Europe and the United States. A career transition professional since 2012, she supports individuals and organizations with optimism and compassion.
Personable, empathetic, and a good listener, Valérie facilitates workshops and works fluently in French and English.
