Zoé Gruet

Zoé Gruet is someone that others turn to for support, because she loves people and taking care of them. Her goal in life is to help make the world a better place.

When Zoé first joined pdp in 2014, she worked as an intern, discovering the world of human resources and developing her skills in administration and organization. Over the years, while simultaneously studying International Relations, she has taken on increasing responsibilities and is now working as the Office Manager supporting both the St-Sulpice and Geneva offices.

Throughout her many years at pdp, Zoé has significantly contributed to supporting the growth of pdp’s internal workshops, candidate and client events as well as maintaining the accuracy of the client database. Her excellent organizational skills have allowed her to become one of the key support staff.

Zoé is a dual Swiss-British national, born and educated in Switzerland. She is bilingual in English and French and has good communication skills in Italian. Furthermore, she has a professional working proficiency in French sign language. She is currently finalizing her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Geneva.

Zoé has always been heavily involved in her community both as a volunteer, as well as in the professional world. Early on, she was already giving English lessons and working in sales and retail. She belonged to a scout’s group in Yverdon-les-Bains for 11 years, and became one of the group leaders, organizing events and camps and working with teenagers. She has supported Geneva University’s sustainable development association named “EDD” and is active in the association “Projet PAIRES” supporting migrants to better integrate in Switzerland, and supporting young individuals through the Swiss administrative process regarding work permits, job search, etc. all the while introducing them to Swiss culture. She also provides home care support to senior citizens, ensuring that they can remain living at home.
