Deborah Küttemann

A dual Franco-German national, Deborah is a political scientist and a communications specialist. She graduated with a Bachelor with honours in International Relations and German from the University of Birmingham and a Master in International Relations, Communication & Marketing of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris ( Sciences Po Paris ).

Deborah has nearly 15 years of international experience in marketing and communications. She began her career in marketing at L’Oréal and continued with multinational companies such as Orange (France Telecom) and LVMH. In 2006, she was appointed Head of Marketing and Communications of Societe Generale Private Banking (Suisse) SA in Geneva. For over 6 years, she developed the marketing and communications strategy of the bank, managed and implemented the entire internal and external communications in Switzerland and abroad.

Deborah believes that success is above all human and wants to turn the corporate world into a place of professional fulfillment. Hence, fascinated by the men and women who make the success of any organization, she now puts her expertise in communications and marketing at their service. A certified coach, she is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and was trained by Robert Dilts on emotional intelligence and leadership among others. Deborah works with managers in developing the human potential of their organization and their communications. She is also an actress trained at the Geneva Conservatory and at the Cours Florent, teaches acting to adults and complements her coaching skills with acting techniques and voice training.

Deborah joined PDP in November 2013 as Senior Consultant. Her working languages are French, English and German.
