An American citizen, Chris Nassivera holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Change from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Chris has 21 years of international experience in supply chain operations at Procter and Gamble. Her career there included management roles in manufacturing, new product launch and global supply strategy in both consumer goods and pharmaceutical products in the USA, Germany and Switzerland. Her supply network strategy role brought her to Geneva in 2015. In all her experience, Chris enjoyed managing all aspects of team development and organizational change. Her focus has always been on building individual and systemic capability, and she particularly enjoyed leading teams through complex change.
Chris believes that organizations thrive when individuals feels a sense of engagement, empowerment and meaning. She has a vision to see all people grow, thrive and contribute fully. As a coach she works with leaders to address one of the most significant challenges of transformation: helping leaders change mindsets and behaviors to embrace new ways of working and being. A certified coach, she completed her coach training and credentialling in Geneva in 2018 and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her masters degree focuses on the psychology of change in individuals and organizations, including the intersection of group dynamics, systems thinking and psychodynamic theory.
An avid outdoorswoman, Chris co-created and leads an experiential women’s leadership development program in the Alps that combines coaching methodology with alpine mountaineering.
Chris joined PDP in December 2020 as a Senior Consultant. Her working language is English.
