our history

founded in Geneva in 1997, pdp has grown over the years to become a key partner for a number of companies and organizations of all sizes in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Our success has led us to expand over the years, opening up offices in St-Sulpice near Lausanne, Bern and Neuchâtel, establishing partnerships in Zurich, Basel and Lugano and reaching out worldwide as the strategic partner of the BPI group.

We support organizations and individuals by providing services for career transition, coaching, training, human resources services and assessment. Managing careers and organization development is the focal point of all our services. Our diverse and highly experienced team of consultants drives change at both the individual and the organizational level.
