Spouse/Partner program
Our spouse/partner career program is designed for dual career couples where one of the partners has found a job and the other needs assistance to understand and adapt to the Swiss job market. This program, typically lasting between one and a half to three months, includes:
- Introduction to the business and professional environment in the Geneva – Lausanne area.
- Combined career and personal assessment
- Goal setting
- Strategy development
- CV development and preparation
- Development and execution of the marketing plan
- Networking strategy and support
- Interview preparation and negotiation techniques
- Coaching during the job search
- Follow-up with the candidate in the new position
