Private program

 

Our private programs are aimed at the discerning individual who is considering his / her next career step. Private outplacement programs are available over 3 months or a shorter period of 6 weeks. Each is adapted to the individual who can select from the following components:

  • assessment of strengths and weaknesses
  • personal assessment using one of our assessment tools
  • goal setting and strategy development
  • preparation of curriculum vitae (CV)
  • development and execution of the marketing plan
  • networking strategy and support
  • interview preparation and negotiation techniques
  • coaching and support during the actual search and networking process
  • SDI® – Strength Deployment Inventory – a communication and personal development tool
  • follow-up with the candidate in the new position.
