Our tailored full service career transition program is designed to assist executives, managers and professionals in the successful launch and implementation of a job search. Duration of the outplacement program can vary from one year to 6 or 3 months and will typically include the following:
- Personal assessment using one of our assessment tools
- Goal setting
- Strategy development
- Preparation of curriculum vitae (CV)
- Development and execution of the marketing plan
- Networking strategy and support
- Interview preparation and negotiation techniques
- Coaching and support during the actual search and networking process
- Financial and tax counseling, as required
- Follow-up with the candidate in the new position
