Originally from the German part of Switzerland, Franziska Meier started her professional life in the hotel industry. For close to 20 years she worked and developed her knowledge and skills in various Human Resources functions in international organizations such as the Compass Group, Nestlé Nespresso and SICPA.
Driven by her passion for Human Resources, Franziska successfully contributed to the creation and development of new HR structures in fast paced environments. She worked on a variety of projects such as: integrating company cultures, defining HR strategies, developing methodologies for performance appraisal and developmental discussions, setting up on-boarding programs, defining training and support programs in the context of offshoring decisions. In all these situations, Franziska has focused on positively anticipating change and embracing new opportunities; these are for her the keys to a motivating professional life.
Franziska has now decided to concentrate on supporting individuals in their quest for self-fulfillment. A certified Life and Business Coach, she brings to pdp her know-how in accompanying change, her ability to facilitate the identification of new directions in career transition, individual and group coaching expertise as well as HR consulting skills. Her life philosophy is: One life, live it with passion!
